  it would be fascinating to have the same information on members at this year's annual meeting.

  What crime should elders report?

  so, i am trying to get my head around what the right position of elders should be when they come across crime is.. i think i get the issuess around clergy confidentiality - and how that might potentially be breached when they talk about it to other elders, let alone the police.. but if people are saying that elders - or clergy of another faith should report crime to the police when it is confessed to the, then where are the boundaries.. so if someone says they should report to police on a confessed example of child abuse, that's one thing.. how about reporting to police consensual sex between a 19year old and 15 year old - which is statutory rape in the uk.

  how about criminal fraud if they come across it.

  assault on a congregant?.

  Abused and pissed. It's not just about whether they should or shouldn't report. The other problem is they tried to prevent it from being reported by having the elders tell victims and their parents NOT to report.

  This is the bigger of the crimes.imho

  I often wondered why the expenses were so high at the conventions when an assembly hall was built by us .

  When I sell my house and have a profit I invest the profit into the next house.

  They do not they take the profit and all expenses for the new building are put back on the congregations or circuits. I always thought they took the money and spent it toward the new kh or assembly hall.

  It is extremely dishonest the way it works!

  Fredo what I find really funny about that 1975 article is reading it and then watching the distancing act of anything to do with 1975 in the video about that fiasco a couple years back.

  I think that was my last regional convention. I was already primo then just working on my wife.

  Doubter are you a child molester scared that you're secrets will be let out of the bag if the organization collapses?

  This is about nothing doubter . Any jw that finds out about the UN scandal will be forced to silence or disfellowshipped for causing divisions when they speak to others about it.

  You're here trying to say what they did wasn't wrong . But in actuality if they ever admitted their membership in a magazine people would leave plain and simple. Which is why they hide deny misdirect and lie. Which that in itself shows them to be hypocrites,and you for defending them.
